Cancellations:
CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS A deposit equal to one nights accommodation is required to secure a booking. Final payment is due up to 2 months prior to accommodation date. 1. More than 21 days notice of cancellation is made – full refund is issued. 2. 7 – 21 days notice of cancellation is made – full refund returned unless the property is not rebooked. 3. Less than 7 days notice (inc. non arrival) – full payment of period booked is required. A booking fee of $50.00 is payable for any cancellation made. During peak times, and for general bookings of 4 days or more, a minimum 60 day notice of cancellation must be made to receive a refund; therefore, point number one does not apply to these bookings.
Administration policy on refunds: OnlineAccommodation.com.au charges a cancellation fee 10% of the booking + the $3.85 booking fee, for all cancellations in addition to any cancellations fees by the Property concerned. All cancellations fees/refunds charged by the Property must be negotiated direct with the Property Owner/Manager.

The Terrace Penthouse Suites are located at the rear of the main Ocean Grove shopping strip. Therefore, cafe's, restaurants and other eateries, gift shops, banks, supermarkets and surf shops are on your doorstop - literally! The beach is about 3 minutes walk straight down from the house.

Attractions: Ocean Grove & surrounds is full of attractions, from skydiving, dolphin watching, beautiful walks along beaches, around lakes and along designated tracks, surfboard hire, nature reserves, wineries, the Blues Train, mini-train rides, indoor swimming adventure playground, The famous Adventure Park (Oct-April), Amaze-N-Games, ferry services, joyflights, Naval & Martime Museum, fishing charters, boat hire, Ford Discovery Centre, National Wool Museum, Fort Museum, and ample championship golf courses.
